CHS - Hydrographic Confederation of Segura / Spain

The Hydrographic Confederation of Segura, is an autonomous body of the General State Administration, attached, for administrative purposes, to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment.

It is a public law entity with its own legal personality and has autonomy to govern and manage the interests entrusted to them; To acquire and dispose of assets and rights that may constitute their own assets; To contract and be bound and to exercise, before the Courts, all kinds of actions, with no more limitations than those imposed by the laws. Its acts and resolutions end the administrative route.
