Surface water monitoring points

The Autonomous Province of Trento has built network monitoring based on the analysis of environmental chemical, physical and biological components, as required by the European and Italian laws (the Water Framework Directive 2000/60 / EC and Legislative Decree no. 152 / 06). The monitoring network consists of points located on the main rods of the waterways of the trentino hydrographic network. Every six years in these monitoring stations are performed on those chemicals and biological components analysis (macroinvertebrates and diatoms).
