Lithuania - River Nemunas Extreme Flood Outline - Hydro-GIS Ltd

The data was generated by attributing the 5m depth to selected main river reaches then using cell-based modelling routines in ArcGIS using the SRTM 90m resolution DTM.

In many places, the 5m out-of-bank flood depth corresponds to a very long return period, in excess of 1000 years so it could be considered as an extreme flood outline.
