Portugal - Radiometric Map at 1:500.000 - The National Geographic Information System of Portugal

The national radiometric letter began to be developed in the 50s for uranium prospecting and represents the culmination of a compilation work of ancient natural radioactivity measurements, new surveys and data calibration. The cartography of the country's natural radiation allows to support the exploration of mineral and geothermal resources, geological mapping and studies of danger.
