Regione Piemonte - Historical Landslide and Flood October 1996 - Geoportale Arpa Piemonte

The dataset represents the effects on the ground associated with the flood occurred along the fluvial river of the Tanaro linked to the alluvial event of 7-10 October 1996 in the Masio - Montecastello (AL) section and in the Castagnole delle Lanze - Cerro Tanaro (AT) section. The following are reported: the delimitation of the flood field, the main erosive and depositional processes, the most significant morphological elements, the estimates of the hydrometric levels, the relict fluvial forms.
