he dataset represents the effects on the ground associated with fluvio-torrent processes and slopes linked to the alluvial event of 5-6 November 1994 and in particular: - floods occurred along the fluvial and torrent auctions of Po, Tanaro, Belbo and Bormida di Millesimo - landslide phenomena due to planar slippage triggered in the Piedmontese Langhe (including, approximately, between Alba to the north, Dogliani to the west, Cortemilia to the east and Ceva to the south) - disruptions produced by the water network (especially the minor one), concentrated in the valley bottoms, and on the slope at the Morainic Amphitheater of Ivrea, in the Colleretto Giacosa - Borgofranco d'Ivrea - Piverone sector. Along the fluvial and torrential auctions are reported: the delimitation of the flood field, the main erosive and depositional processes, the estimates of the hydrometric levels, the influence of the anthropic interventions on the propagation of the outflows, the damages to the infrastructures and to the longitudinal and transversal hydraulic defense works, the relict fluvial forms. Landslide movements triggered by the activity of the watercourse or having an interfering accumulation directly with the riverbed are reported. For the Langhe sector: in addition to the limits of the landslide body, the geometric-kinematic characteristics of the movement were represented and sectors of the slope were highlighted with morphological indications of presumed general instability. All landslides of a certain importance characterized by types of movement different from planar slips were also mapped. Information regarding the periods of past activity is reported, the effects and damages induced, as well as information regarding checks and monitoring carried out. For the sector of the Morainic Amphitheater of Ivrea, there are numerous types of instability produced by the water network (especially the minor one), concentrated in the valley bottoms, and of landslides and the most affected urban areas have been identified, the types of damage detected and the infrastructures that have influenced the propagation of outflows.
