The dataset represents the ground effects associated with the alluvial event of July 8, 1996 in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola and Novara. For the Municipality of Armeno, the information also concerns the processes and the effects caused by the storm of 11 August 1996. The following are reported: the delimitation of flooded areas, the collapse of the conoids, the slope instabilities; in addition, the types of damage detected were shown.
