Bolivia - Flood Map Areas, 2014 - GeoBolivia

The Flood Map 2014, reflects the flood areas caused by the overflow of the rivers that flow to the axis formed by the Mamoré, Madera, Beni, Iténez and its tributaries rivers; The departments with the greatest impact are Beni, North of the department of La Paz and North of the department of Cochabamba. MODIS Terra-Aqua and LANDSAT 8 images were selected, from different dates in a period from January to April 2014. All the information of the different dates was merged obtaining a general and preliminary file of flood areas.
