The physical susceptibility map of areas prone to floods and landslides on the coast and mountains in the face of the occurrence of extreme hydrometeorological events had as main basis the analysis of the physical susceptibility of the territory to processes
of natural and anthropic degradation (deforestation) that was used for construction
of the physical vulnerability map of Peru.
