The Provincial Agency for Environmental Protection manages the registry of the subject of reclamation process sites in art. 251 of Legislative Decree no. 152/06, as also provided by art. 77a c. 10b of TULP (DPGP 26 January 19887 no. 1-41 / Leg). The "SITES OBJECT OF PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING" are divided, according to current legislation, in the following classes:

• Potentially Contaminated Sites: include all potential contamination situations notified (pursuant to art. 242, 245 or 244 of Legislative Decree . 152/06). The classification of potentially contaminated site remains until it is approved risk analysis that determines its classification as a "contaminated site" or "contaminated site", or until completion of remediation if the site is managed in process simplified (pursuant to art. 242bis or 249 of Legislative Decree no. 152/06).

• Contaminated sites: are the sites that are downstream of contaminated site specific risk analysis (contamination with concentrations higher than the risk threshold concentrations) or that are polluted pursuant to Ministerial Decree 471/99 (registered with the Registry before all ' entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 152/06).

• Sites reclaimed: represent the reclaimed sites (in ordinary or simplified procedure) and the sites with permanent safety and procedure concluded.

• non-contaminated sites: sites with concentrations exceeding the threshold of contamination (CSC listed in Annex 5 to Part IV of Legislative Decree no. 152/06) but not exceeding the risk threshold concentrations (CSR) calculated with site risk analysis specific. In the latter case it may be provided using any of the constraints.
